    WELCOME
    House to House Personal Fitness for Women is designed for women over 50 who want to exercise in the privacy of their home. This service provides prescribed exercises for each client that will help her reach personal fitness goals. All sessions are personally instructed by a highly qualified teacher who has over 25 years of experience in teaching movement for dance, fitness, and performance based activities.

    This is a home based program for women who want to set their own goals and exercise at their own pace without going to a public fitness facility.
