OUR PROGRAM
Each movement session will be personally conducted in your home by Sandi Combest. The first step in setting up your fitness program is an assessment session. Based on the personal goals and needs, hopes and desires of each client, a movement and exercise program will be developed that can evolve and expand.
Sessions are available in either thirty minutes or one hour sessions. Clients may choose the length of session and number of sessions per week that best meets their own goals or time they have available.
CALL OR EMAIL ME NOW to set up your initial meeting. Don't let another day go by. This is your chance to work with someone who knows and cares about the physical conditioning of the mature woman!

OUR TRAINER
Sandi Combest Owner
House to House Personal Fitness for Women over 50 is personally owned and operated by longtime movement specialist, Sandi Combest. Sandi has an exceptionally long and outstanding career teaching dance, physical conditioning, and physical education at the university level and in the public schools.
For the past thirty years she has been professor of dance at the University of North Texas.
During the first fifteen years of her tenure at UNT she taught in the Department of Physical Education, teaching dance and physical conditioning. Following her work in Physical Education, she became Professor in the UNT Department of Dance and Theatre Arts, danced in and choreographed for her own dance company, Dance Theatre of the Southwest for ten years, and the last few years of her career at UNT she was Chairperson of the Department of Dance and Theatre Arts.
During that entire period, Sandi was never far from movement, working almost daily in the studio, either teaching dance and movement, choreographing for students, working as guest artist for other American university dance programs as well as companies abroad, studying and teaching with other movement specialists from around the United States, and continuing to keep her own body in strong physical condition.
She now brings all this knowledge and experience to the Women of Denton and the surrounding area. Her approach to working in the body is based on an in-depth understanding of the anatomical, physiological and mechanical principles of the human body.
