INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENT

Assessment may be the most important piece of any program design. It not only assists the trainer and client in understanding physical areas of need, but also is vital to ensure a safe and effective program design.

Assessments can be simple to complex. Your trainer will assist you in selecting beyond our base line assessments of body composition, flexibility, muscular endurance, health history, and stability to include specific assessments for your goal, job, or sport. We will not design any program without first performing a basic assessment.
